You know you’ve made the right decision to join a new company when you find out on day three that they’ve been named to the Best Places to Work List for 2020 by Built in Boston.
Hi! I’m Kristin, Rocket’s newest employee and first marketing hire. And I’m pretty excited to share that in addition to ranking #14 on the Best Places to Work list, Rocket has also been named one of Boston’s Best Paying Companies and Best Midsize Companies to Work For (ranking #8 out of 50 for both lists).
Companies are selected to these lists based on data submitted by companies and their employees.
A big part of what attracted me to join Rocket, which is part of Dept, was the people and the culture. From the beginning, the founders (all of which I’ve been lucky to work with previously) have worked to create a culture that is open, honest and skips all the corporate mumbo jumbo. They’ve brought in smart, humble, senior talent who know what it’s like to “live” with the products they build, and together they’ve been having a blast building a new kind of product agency.
The Rocket team has taken an unconventional approach to building Boston’s fastest growing product agency in Boston. While recognition isn’t everything, being honored by Built in Boston is nice validation that we are building a great place to work.
